We stayed in Villa #1 in January of 2005. The street noise was a bit loud on the weekends. You are a short walk to all the restaurants and beach so the locat1ons was very convenient. The upper units were not available on our dates, and I think we would have enjoyed out stay more had we been up in one of the higher units.
